Urvashi Rautela’s Fitness Secret – Urvashi Rautela is one of those Bollywood actresses who stepped into films after modeling. Urvashi’s fitness trainer Prasad Nandkumar Shirke shared Urvashi’s diet and workout plan, due to which her body remains in such shape.
There are many such actresses in Bollywood, who are quite a fitness freaks and they love to exercise daily. Be it, Katrina or Alia, everyone is seen working hard in the gym. For some time, Bollywood actress and model Urvashi Rautela is also seen doing different types of exercises in the gym. The reason for this is that she is currently preparing herself for the action movie so that her fitness can be perfect for doing stunts.

Coach Prasad Nandkumar Shirke explains that one’s fitness does not depend on his trainer or nutritionist. If I am coming for training and if someone does not exercise with focus, then he will not get results. That’s why Urvashi has worked hard to tone her body and keep it in shape.
Motivation comes from inside to stay fit in Urvashi, so whatever I tell her, she follows it very well. If they don’t do workouts well and don’t take diet too seriously, then obviously they won’t get results.
Urvashi loves to work out and eat healthily. That’s why they have maintained themselves for so long. Right now she is training with me for an action movie and I have prepared her workout and diet plan.
Urvashi Rautela’s Diet
Coach Shirke says that Urvashi eats very little, so I do not need to work hard on her diet. But to tone the muscles, she consumes protein-rich food. Apart from this, she also consumes plenty of vegetables with fiber, which helps in keeping digestion right, digesting food, and keeping the stomach full.
Urvashi is currently taking 3 miles a day. Apart from this, whenever she feels hungry, she consumes Greek yogurt and some dry fruits. His three miles are as follows.
Breakfast
- 3 Egg White
- 1 Ragi ki Roti
- 10 Grams of Avocado
Lunch
- 100 grams salmon fish
- 150 grams green vegetables
Dinner
- Broccoli and chicken soup
- 150 grams of raw salad
- 10 grams of avocado
Apart from this, they drink plenty of water and sometimes even take coconut water, which replenishes the number of electrolytes in the body. His diet changes from time to time.
Coach Shirke says that Urvashi loves to exercise and she always likes to do variations in exercise. He likes to do power training, conditioning training, cardio, and MMA training. She exercises for 1 to 1.5 hours daily. His workout routine remains like this.
In power training (full body), do 4 sets of each exercise, in which there are 12/10/8/6 reps.
