In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. In another medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, butter, eggs, and chocolate chips. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in any extra chocolate chips before transferring batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Note: If you want to make these super chocolatey, you can add 3-4 spoonfuls of bittersweet chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet!
