Good: those who perform well and follow all the protocols of operating a fleet of equipment.
Better: Those who are more than good and perform a little extra caution on the site with the equipment.
Best: Those who are perfectly acceptable in all aspects. They take care of everything and make sure the equipment is well before running it.
The pre-qualification test of the drivers is necessary to take before hiring any driver for your fleet. In this test, you must check their history with the automobile vehicle and see the records. If you found anything unusual, avoid choosing them.

Level 2: those who have done more than 2 to 4 infractions and violated the policies multiple times. They may also have violated the traffic rules.
Level 3: These are the ones who have done serious violations including traffic rules, equipment operating policies, and others.
Level 4: those drivers who have continuously been violating the rules after multiple warnings. They must be labeled as not recommended and should be fired immediately.
Make a fleet safety policy
